This policy covers Pastor's Notes, Wood to Arrows, and Sow Good — the apps published by ChurchHelp LLC.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any church or role information you choose to enter. The content you create in the app — notes, to-dos, prayer requests, sermon ideas, voice recordings, and photos — is stored so the app can show it back to you across your devices. We also keep basic usage information (like how many voice memos or AI questions you've used this month) to enforce fair-use limits.
Your notes, recordings, and photos are yours. We don't read them, sell them, or use them to train any AI model. Voice memos are automatically transcribed and photos are automatically read into text purely so you can search and copy them later — this happens through a third-party AI processor (see below), not a human reviewer. Our in-app "Ask Your Notes" feature answers questions using only the content you've personally written; it never reaches outside your own notes for an answer, and each question is not retained beyond generating that one response.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the app, each of which only receives the data needed to do its job:
We do not sell your personal information or content to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
Our apps may ask for microphone access (to record voice memos), camera and photo library access (to attach photos to notes), calendar access (to add your to-dos and scheduled events to your phone's calendar), and notification access (for reminders). Each is optional and only used for the feature you're actively using — the app works without granting any of them, just with those specific features unavailable.
You can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it — notes, recordings, photos, to-dos, and settings — at any time from the app's Settings screen, under "Danger Zone." This action can't be undone. You can also contact us directly to request deletion.
Our apps are intended for adult ministry leaders and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
